4. During the work process, it is necessary to ensure that the water source is unobstructed to prevent the pre water tank from cutting off water, causing damage to the water pump and equipment from dry burning.
5. After normal use, the control system should be regularly maintained, serviced, and the upper and lower dust doors and dust should be cleaned.
6. When repairing or replacing parts, the power must be cut off, residual steam must be exhausted, and operations with steam and pressure must never be carried out
7. The outlet of the sewage pipe and safety valve must be connected to a safe place to avoid scalding personnel
8. In case of power outage, clean up the unburned fuel in the furnace in a timely manner to prevent backfire.
9. Every day, it is necessary to clean the unburned furnace ash in the furnace on time. All ash cleaning doors should be cleaned once to keep the furnace clean and prevent the ignition rod from being blocked and unable to work properly.
10. Regularly inspect and clean the smoke pipe and dust removal water tank of the induced draft fan. Failure to clean them for a long time can lead to poor air flow, severe positive pressure and backfire, causing smoke or fire in the silo.
