What are the phenomena and handling methods of boiler safety door faults
Boiler safety door malfunction phenomenon:
(1) The saturated steam pressure or superheated steam pressure exceeds the operating pressure, but the safety valve does not operate
(2) After the safety valve is activated, it drops to the reseating pressure, but the safety valve does not reseat
(3) The safety valve operates without exceeding the operating pressure of the safety valve
Troubleshooting method for boiler safety door:
(1) When the safety valve refuses to move, the safety valve should be immediately forced open, the air exhaust valve should be opened, and the boiler heat load and steam pressure should be reduced at the same time
(2) When the safety door does not return to its seat after being activated, it should be forced to return to its seat. If the forced return of the pulse safety door is ineffective, the pulse exhaust valve should be closed to allow it to return to its seat
(3) When all safety doors fail or the boiler experiences severe overpressure, the boiler operation should be immediately stopped
(4) When the safety door malfunctions, it will disconnect automatically and be forcibly closed first to identify the cause and eliminate it
